Carrying on from my post last night here is my day light photos of lipstick concealer!
Still pretty happy with the results. I was worried at first I might end up looking like I've been punched going to uni, but my eyes are looking pretty clear!

Lipstick concealer!!
Ok, ok! I've been wanting to try this for a while and after watching grav3yardgirl on YouTube I decided to try it for myself!
I an using L'Oreal Colour Riche, Shade 373 which is magnetic coral.

So the way I've seen girls doing it is by applying lipstick under your eye as if it is a concealer( actual concealer is applied later) and it should look like this
I should also point out, my flash didn't go off its night time and I've had a very long day in the pouring rain so my completion is horendouse😔 so let's just ignore that and focus on the lipstick! I have blended it around the edges just because I do this with concealer normally.

This is how it looks with my concealer, foundation and a little bit of transparent power over.
FREE PERIOD!
So since starting university I have joined a group called Caledonian Women. Now I know the word feminist freaks a lot of people out, but the work this group do is fantastic! They are raising awareness throughout our university about issues such as drinks being spikes in night, creating a gender and sexuality safe space And recently campaigning against the 5% tax on sanitary products (in the UK not entirely sure if the USA have the same problem). Tampons and other items are classed as a luxury products but men's razors and exotic meats aren't? There is a huge pation going on in the UK to change this (http://www.telegraph.co.uk/women/womens-life/11465037/Period-Tampon-Tax-George-Osborne-stop-taxing-our-bloody-periods.html) (https://www.change.org/p/george-osborne-stop-taxing-periods-period?recruiter=243678881&utm_source=share_petition&utm_medium=facebook&utm_campaign=share_page&utm_term=mob-xs-no_src-custom_msg)
I'm quite proud to be apart of this group, I all women are feminist wither they would like to admit it for not, that bad name it has now days isn't what it's about! It's about women being equal. That means being allowed to walk down streets at night alone not in fear, being paid the same about as our male colleagues and not being told we are up set becaus it's 'our time of the month'!
This post is quite different from my normal but I felt like sharing this with you guys :)

Limecrime experience
Okay guys, I love my limecrime velvetine lipstick so much.
But two weeks ago I see lime crime post on Instagram warning buyers that their account had been hacked and debit/credit card details had been stolen.
Now although I live in the UK I was still in panic mode and had to get my boyfriend to cancel his bank card(he bought it for my birthday) and in so glad I did as last week a girl I know who lives in Glasgow had £412 taken from her account and it could have been more if she had more money in her account.
Now I looked in to this before I heard about this girl to find out if it was affecting people in the UK and a came across a post on Reddit where it reviled Limecrime knew 5 days before alerting people this was happing and they removed a post that contained comments from customers warning people what had happened
It also pointed out that in the past they have had similar problems!
So this is a post to anyone considering buying limecrime, there are other online shops that stock it, from now on I'm going to use these and only use paypal as they were unable to take money if it was done though a payp l account.
I really wished I'd known all this stuff before I made the purchase as it cause me mass panic.

Matte Primer by L'Oreal Paris
Recently I've decided to change primer. As someone who has very sensitive skin and quite oily T zones I've tired to look around for the best primer that won't upset my skin. I first tried Bourjouis's Happy Light Serum Lumiere.
I used it for a week and decided I needed to change as this is a very thin liquid with a strong perfum smell, that didn't work very well at keeping my foundation on for longer. It left part of my skin feeling quite dry before I put on my make up.
It comes in a 35ml tube, I though this wouldn't last for long but it's incredible how far a little bit of this product can spread!
This much could cover my whole face! As you can see it's a gel like substance that is very light weight. I like my skin to feel moisturised from a primer and although this is a gell formula my skin feels as if it's a moisturiser I've put on it. When it comes to foundation this product keeps my foundation (Revlon colour stay) on all day! I can put it on at 7am go out to uni and shopping and come home at 5pm and my foundation is still intact and looking great. It does mattify my foundation which it's really great as I have oily T zones. Over all I would seriously recomend this product to any one! It's not to expensive compared to other Primers (including L'Oreal studio secret primer) and it's very similar texture to Smash Box's primer.

I've always liked L'Oreal products and I seen the Infallible Mattifying Base on offer on Asos for £6.99 (normally only £7.99) so I decided there would be no harm in trying it as L'Oreal products have never caused any problems for my skin.

You honestly can't go wrong with a bit of L'Oreal! ❤️
